Operations Coordination & Supervision: Oversee and coordinate all hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery and effective collaboration across departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other support functions.
Strategic Planning & Compliance: Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, enhance guest experiences, and drive business performance while ensuring compliance with all company policies, health & safety standards, and legal requirements.
Financial Management: Manage departmental budgets and operating expenses, monitor financial performance, and implement cost- control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining service excellence.People Management: Lead, coach, and develop Heads of Department (HODs), including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Quality Management & Guest Experience: Ensure compliance with brand and service standards, drive guest satisfaction initiatives, and promptly resolve complex operational issues, escalated concerns, and VIP guest requests.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
Have strong knowledge in hotel operations, service standards, and pre- opening processes.
Have 5+ years of experience in hotel operations management roles.
