Reports effectiveness of the Sales and Marketing programs.
Actively participate in business- related sales trips, expos, trade shows, and MICE conferences within and abroad and manage them most professionally.
Work with the Revenue Manager to ensure an accurate set of rate plans and pricing strategies based on the market trend and movement for all segments.
Participates in the development and implementation of policies for the department and resort.
Keep track of the competitors regarding special promotions and rate packages. Working with the Revenue Manager.
Manages departmental changes and ensures processes and required infrastructure are in place.
Conduct market research.
Develop a weekly sales call plan to help with better planning regarding time management, sales objectives, and who we want to see.
Ensure all account profiles, sales reports, and other relevant information are updated and entered into the system.
Ensure that company SOPs and property LSOPs are in place and adhered to.
Participate in sponsored cocktails and or Fam. Trips are hosted by the resort, business partners, and corporate office.
Monitor and evaluate contemporary sales and marketing initiatives and trends.
Establish pricing strategies and sales targets for the resort.
Get in touch in the marketplace, get updated on trending inbound arrivals, and manage a change of strategy whenever necessary.
Joint sales blitzes with corporate sales if assigned.
Carry out administrative duties.
Participate in the travel partners program to increase presence and visibility in the marketplace.
Achieve sales objectives and goals as set by the management.
Understand factors that affect the market, inform management accordingly, and devise a solution.
Check the market share and performance of the competitive hotel revenues. Working with the Revenue Manager.
Oversees and assists in the development and implementation of the resort&039;s Sales and Marketing plans.
Actively promote the brand&039;s loyalty programs at the resort with marketing initiatives and corporate colleagues.
Conduct site inspections.
When required, attend/schedule entertainment for key tour & travel accounts.
Plan and develop marketing strategies and promotion plans.
Track and share information regarding new business trends.
Constant housekeeping of partners&039;, clients&039;, and hospitality databases to ensure contacts are frequently updated and corrected.
Communicate effectively to ensure the sales function is carried out smoothly and meets commitments.
Organize business entertainment, including luncheons, dinners, and cocktails, to gain an in- depth knowledge of the clients and provide assurance and confidence in the resort&039;s management team. Introduce key management teams such as the director of Wellness, sales colleagues, and general manager whenever possible.
Assists the director of sales in preparing the market analysis, sales goals, marketing plan, special programs, and other special reports for hotel management.
Maintain a close business relationship with the local Hue Tourism department.
Develop and establish a close working rapport with the local and international tour operators, airlines, and destination management companies through personal association and calling them on a planned and scheduled basis.
Provides professional, advisory, and executive support to the General Manager in meeting strategic goals.
Monitor monthly results and performance accounts responsible and provide clear explanations for any variations to their productions.
Work closely with the Director of Wellness to implement targeted retreat programs and to manage and direct marketing plans to promote the various retreat platforms and sales reach.
Submit sales activities reports every month outlining:
Performs sales and marketing functions or related duties and special projects as assigned and directed by the General Manager.
Your top twenty accounts
Liaise with the corporate sales office to ensure execution and smooth flow of all Sales and Marketing initiatives.
Past month activities
Instill a good rapport with the other resort departments.
Dress in a manner conducive to a business environment, where first impressions reflect the hotel&039;s image.

Perform additional duties as requested by the BOD as and when required.
