Job Overview:
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company, as well as helping to maintain our strong reputation for professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong sense of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality. You must be able to work independently, while also being able to collaborate effectively with others. You must be highly organized and detail- oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize your work effectively. Above all, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to honesty and respect for confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
● Other specific duties will be discussed further during the interview.
● Receive and effectively implement instructions from the CEO and the Company Partners.
● Providing administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, calls, messages, and correspondence, and taking care of travel arrangements.
● Closely coordinate with departments to support work and grasp work progress, handle assigned executive tasks within capacity and as required.
● Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed, working with the CEO to ensure that all information is accurate, up- to- date, and relevant.
● Maintaining confidential files and records, ensuring that all information is kept secure and protected from unauthorized access.
● Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring that they are greeted in a professional and friendly manner, and directing them to the appropriate person as needed.

Working time:
● Lunch break 12:00 – 1:30PM
● Monday to Friday: 8:30AM – 6:30PM (Being in standby when need be)
● Saturday: 8AM – 5:30PM on the first and third weeks of the month.
