Job Summary
Manage and supervise sales team to achieve medical sales goals for assigned businesses/regions and overall business goals
General Responsibilities
Manage customer problem resolutions and recommend preventative actions to minimize future incidents
Monitor team key performance indicators achievement. Conduct regular reviews to provide feedback on achievements, performance gaps and improvement requirements
Develop and execute short- term and long- term medical sales strategies and plans to achieve sales goals for assigned businesses/territories
Manage revenue reports and expected revenue/profit forecasts. Recommend areas for expanding customer base based on market knowledge
Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business goals
Manage continuous improvement in sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. to improve sales goals
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to better understand customer requirements and capitalize on cross- product/industry business opportunities
Manage and monitor the progress of sales activities of the assigned business/region. Identify and implement customized solutions based on market changes and trends
Manage the department&039;s budget and operating expenses according to annual allocations to ensure effective use of resources, if any.
Functional Skills And Knowledge
Skills: Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Work experience: In the pharmaceutical or medical device field.
Education
Related educational level: University pharmacist
