[DN] Software Manager (Java/C#/JavaScript/Agile...)

PASONA TECH VIETNAM is a 100% Japanese- owned company specializing in producing software and providing information technology services for domestic and foreign Japanese companies. Due to our business expansion, we need to recruit one Software Manager with the following job content:

Manage, program, and develop Software Projects as required by the Board of Directors
Manage and operate all activities of the IT Department at the branch.
Report directly to the Branch Manager and Headquarters&039; ITO Manager on operational status and IT- related issues.
Manage IT staffs, including recruitment, training and performance evaluation.
Working content will be exchanged more detailed in the interview
Plan, implement and monitor IT Projects to improve working efficiency and meet the Branch&039;s development target.

Working hours:

Mon- Fri, 8:00- 17:00

Requirements

Japanese: equivalent to N3~ level
Sense of responsibility, creativity and initiative in work.
Good at team management, leadership and communication skills.
Have at least 5 years of experience in the IT field, of which at least 2- 3 years in Manager position
English: good in communication and reading
Understanding of popular Programming Languages ​​(such as Java, C, Python, JavaScript, etc.) and Software Development Technologies (such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD).
