Document Staff In Freight Forwarding

- Doing other works if required
- Input all shipping information, cost & selling rate in system timely.
- Working with accounting department to arrange timely payments.
- Develop and maintain relationship with customer / carriers / overseas agents
- Report to management in the form of daily updates and proper accurate weekly/monthly reports.
- Sending shipping Instruction / VGM to carriers, the pre- advice and shipping invoice to customers / overseas.
- Prepare Bill of Lading, Airway Bill of Lading, EDO, Arrival Notice, Debit Note to customers/oversea agents, filling AMS/ACI/AFR for USA, Canada, Japan shipments.
- Solve problems with Airlines, Carriers, Overseas Agents, and Customers.
- Track & tracking cargo and inform timely to customer if any change.
- Checking and issuing all related docs for outbound/inbound shipments

- Priority person who is good at control goods to America & used FAST PRO software systems
- Good command of English
- Have strong organizational, grammar and good working attitude
- Candidates from 24 years old to 35 years old have at least 1 year working at a forwarding- Logistics company. We currently do not accept inexperienced candidates. Priority person who has handled export shipments, especially for USA export sea freight.
- Salary: negotiable
- Knowledge & good skills in FAST PRO Software
- Good skills in computers & Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or related fields.
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
