SCOPE OF WORK:

Input cost, make debit sending to customer.
Do import, export documents
Cake care of customers

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handle other work following manager’s requesting
Input cost and selling fee in the system and daily report to the manager
Cooperate with the trucking arranger to deliver cargo on time to the customer
Do all import, and export documents of customers.
Cooper finished customs procedures for import and export cargo on time.
Send debit notes and return the document customer
Usually call to take care of customers, consult import export procedure for customers, consult tax and support customers to solve some other problems as price consultancy, after the finished customs clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Person in charge of controlling and solving any complaint from customers.
Ensure exactly in import- export document and meets export regulations
Responsible for billing/Debit Notes exactly, pay compensation if mistakes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: College or university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Import- Export, Foreign Languages, Foreign Trade, or other related business fields.
Teamwork, adaptability, communication, customer- oriented.
Computer Skills: Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Language: Fluent in English.
Experience: Over 01- 02 year experience in import- export function
