Coordination of Front Office work
Planning and implementing the tasks of the Front Office.
Supervise, inspect, monitor, and evaluate the performance of employees in the department.
Regularly check the dress, manners, and working attitude of the employees in the department.
Meeting to exchange information, regular tasks at the beginning of the shift, and handover.
Welcoming VIP guests, delegations, loyal guests, long- term guests
Support the staff in the department to welcome, serve, and see off VIP guests, ensuring that guests are best served.
Make a plan to prepare for the VIP reception and ensure the preparation is done perfectly.
Assist receptionists in welcoming delegations, loyal guests, and long- term guests, ensuring guests are always satisfied.
Handling customer requests and complaints
Assist the staff in the department to handle difficult requests of customers, complaints that the subordinate staff cannot solve.
Save difficult complaints and appropriate solutions to guide employees to handle when encountering similar situations.
Coordinate with relevant departments to best meet the requirements, and quickly resolve complaints so that guests are always satisfied.
4/ Recruiting personnel for the department
Directly participate in the process of interviewing and recruiting new employees.
Planning the recruitment of personnel and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure that the department always has enough necessary personnel.
Training and retraining of employees
Implement regular staff training
Establish professional training and retraining programs for employees.
Other tasks

Proficient in English in all 4 skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Experienced in working at 4 & 5* hotels.
