Job Responsibilities

Experience and understanding in manufacturing are needed.
Effective communication at all organizational levels (presentation and report writing abilities required).
A background in textile technology is preferred.
Preferable computer proficiency.
A solid professional manner.
The capacity to multitask with little oversight. strong people and problem- solving abilities. high degree of self- reliance, initiative, desire, and focus on outcomes.
Capacity to promote a cohesive work atmosphere while inspiring, managing, and facilitating manufacturing activities.
The capacity to use sound judgment and make decisions.

Held a degree in textile processing from a university or, at the very least, a vocational college, with a focus on dyeing and finishing; to be in charge of overseeing the efficient implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the dye house
Proficiency in written and spoken English is necessary.
