E-Channel Sales Executive

Follow and handle the full cycle of the online sales process/orders, from confirming order to packing & delivery, and providing after- sales service.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Generate regular reports on ecommerce performance and present findings to management
Manage and optimize our presence on Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, and our owned website
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management across all platforms
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
Keep up- to- date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing
Continuously optimize product listings, keywords, and content to improve search rankings
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify key trends, and propose strategies for improvement

Familiarity with the latest ecommerce trends and best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail- oriented and highly organized
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing
Proven experience in managing ecommerce platforms, preferably Shopee, Lazada, and Tiki
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics

Competitive salary: VND15,000,000/month with sales commission
