Position description:
Coordinate with other teams or communicate directly with customers to build appropriate sales strategies and close orders on e- commerce platforms.
Responsible for customers/accounts performance on the E- commerce platform by managing the entire operations from maintenance and optimizing account performance to responding to inquiries and negotiating with international buyers.
Monitor the condition of the inbound inquiries of customer’s accounts and reply timely to ensure response time is optimal.
Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal KPIs and external KPIs to customers.
Consult and introduce the company&039;s operational support service packages
Report to various stakeholders of the organization, Service & Operation Manager, Board of Directors.
Support and advise team Sale/ Services and Customers on issues related to import and export processes
Need to understand the business and products of given accounts/customers to complete operations for customers on the E- commerce platform.
Position requirement:
Good knowledge about Incoterms, International Payment, B2B, Logistics, E- commerce.
Extensive experience in long- term client engagement, generating leads, and closing sales.
Good at English in 4 skill (IELTS 6.0+)
Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade , Export or some related fields.
Sales and account management experience, strong communication, diverse expertise, and diverse perspectives.
Year of experience: 6 months in Export Consultant Executive.

Work location: HCM Office: Sala Urban Area, No. 21- 23 B4 Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working hours: Monday – Friday ; From 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
