Role Summary
The ideal candidate understands TikTok culture, has strong e- commerce execution skills, and can drive revenue through creative content strategies and platform- based selling tools.
We are seeking a highly motivated and trend- savvy E- commerce Sales Executive to manage and grow our sales performance on TikTok Shop and other social commerce channels. This role is responsible for product listings, campaign execution, influencer/affiliate coordination, live commerce support, and sales performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop Management
- Optimize product pages (titles, descriptions, images, videos, SEO keywords).
- Manage daily operations of TikTok Shop, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
- Ensure store compliance with TikTok Shop policies and platform standards.
Sales Growth & Campaign Execution
- Coordinate discount strategies, coupons, free shipping promotions, and featured product campaigns.
- Plan and execute TikTok Shop sales campaigns (flash sales, bundles, seasonal promotions).
- Track sales performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
Affiliate & Influencer Collaboration
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize commission strategies.
- Recruit and manage TikTok affiliates and creators to promote products.
- Support influencers with product samples, key messaging, and campaign guidelines.
Live Commerce Support
- Support host preparation, product showcasing, and post- live reporting.
- Coordinate product scripts, promotions, and live event scheduling.
- Assist in planning and managing TikTok LIVE selling events.
Content & Product Marketing Coordination
- Collaborate with internal marketing/design teams to produce content optimized for TikTok.
- Recommend content trends and viral product positioning strategies.
- Ensure content supports sales funnel performance (awareness → conversion).
Data & Performance Reporting
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor KPIs such as GMV, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and return rates.
Customer Experience & Operations
- Handle customer service on order issues, returns, and customer feedback.
- Identify product issues through reviews and propose improvements.
- Ensure fulfillment and logistics alignment for fast delivery performance.
