E-commerce Documentation CS/OPS Specialist (Chinese)

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain good customer service relationships with clients.
Monitor outsourced service providers during door- to- door cargo handling.
Update customer records.
Arrange bookings, prepare bills of lading and related documents, input data into the system, and prepare invoices, cost reports, etc.
Handle all sea/air import and export cargo according to operational procedures.
Perform other service tasks as assigned by the manager.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday:

Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off
Morning: 08:00- 12:00
Lunch break: 12:00- 13:00
Afternoon: 13:00- 17:00

Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

**Job Requirements:**

Diligent, responsible, and with good communication and stress management skills.
Strong business communication skills and cross- cultural communication abilities.
Proficiency in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
College degree or higher, with preference for candidates with experience in Vietnamese business negotiations and the logistics industry.

- Hardworking, meticulous, able to work under pressure, and driven.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the logistics/supply chain field.
- University degree (preferably from universities specializing in trade, economics, maritime, or institutions related to transportation business).
- Strong learning ability, analytical skills, and deep thinking. Candidates with system operation experience are preferred.
- Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with HSK5. (Preference for candidates who also understand English).
