We are a multinational corporation (MNC) operating in the fast- moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, specifically in hygiene and homecare products. Our product range includes handwash, sanitizer, wet wipes (under the brand Walch), and laundry detergent pods/capsules (branded as KA and ArFum Fresh Hy). As we continue to expand rapidly, we anticipate introducing additional product categories, such as personal care, to the market in the near future. E- Commerce Executive
Demonstrates a can- do attitude and possesses creative thinking skills.
Essential experience in prospecting and developing strong relationships with e- customers.
Seeking an independent, dynamic, and well- organized individual.
Comfortable with multitasking and meticulous attention to detail.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Monitor sales, forecast margins, and evaluate trends.
Set up operations on key e- commerce and social commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, optionally Tiki, Facebook and Instagram).
Develop sales and marketing strategies to generate revenue.
Respond to customer inquiries across online platforms.
Build relationships with e- commerce partners and advise on business strategies.
ONLINE CONTENT
Optimize product images, titles, and descriptions.
Implement promotional mechanisms (bundles, discounts, vouchers).
Manage end- to- end e- commerce performance (sales, availability, pricing, content, ranking, etc.).
Execute digital marketing initiatives (on- site, social media, SEO, SEM).
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong key account management skills.
2- 3 years of e- commerce management experience (Must be proficient in one of the two platforms Shopee or Lazada).
Only receive candidate work full- time and on- site (do not receive part- time, remote)
Immediate availability is a priority for candidates.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing or related fields.
General understanding of supply chain, finance, and branding.
