E - Commerce Export Consultant

Responsible for customers/accounts performance on theE- commerceplatform by managing the entire operations from maintenance and optimising account performance to responding of inquires and negotiating with internationalbuyers.
Report to various stakeholders of the organization, Service & Operation Manager, Board of Directors.
Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal KPIs and external KPIs to customers.
Individuals working as anE- commerceOperations Executive need to communicate with the higher management team to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
Need to understand the business and products of given accounts/customers to complete operations for customer on theE- commerceplatform.
Monitor the condition the inbound inquires of customer’s accounts and reply timely to ensure response time is optimal.

Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Exportor some related fields.
Good knowledge about Incoterms, International Payment, B2B, Logistics, E- commerce.
Year of experience: 1 year in ExportConsultantExecutive.
Good at English in 4 skills. (IELTS 6.0+)
Sales and account management experience, Strong communication and negotiation skills, Experience in generating leads and closing sales
