JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitor day by day sales performance:
Conduct strategies/ plans to maintain good performance and manage team to push sales meet KPIs
Market research:
Update and catch up market trend & company strategy to consult new product development and selling method for team members Monitor and delegate tasks/projects for team members
Deeply Research and Analysis market on E- commerce Platform (Amazon, Walmart) in order to propose short term and long- term strategy for sub- category
Sales report & analysis:
Build up Sales team by training, hiring to achieve best value for company
Prepare sales report & analysis (result- oriented) by week, month and quarter.
Cross- Functional Collaboration:
Co- operate with other departments (Supply Chain, R&D,…) for smooth running of sales operation such as inventory management and ordering, new product deployment.
Coordinate with Marketing team to evaluate efficiency of marketing campaign/ strategy, and regulate marketing budget
