E-Commerce Manager

- Manage a budget of marketing and trade activities that lead to traffic and conversion on online stores.
- Collaborate with SCM team to provide sales demand plan & forecast accuracy.
- Deliver integrated campaign planning, execution, and evaluation in online channels with strong collaboration across brands.
- Develop yearly and quarterly strategic sales plans for brands by working with relating departments.
- Establish and grow relationships and implement joint online business planning with partners.
- Identify emerging E- commerce trends and technologies to stay competitive in the market.
- Lead and develop E- Commerce team, setting goals and providing coaching and guidance so that the team smoothly execute daily activities on the e- commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design teams to plan, coordinate and execute online merchandising initiatives, measuring different approaches to messaging, design, and targeting those which drive the best results and response, across websites and devices.
- Drive P&L accountability and continuous optimization assisting with Accounting team.

- Ability to adapt to evolving role and responsibilities, open to new learning opportunities and improvements
- Proficiency in English
- At least 2 years experiences at the same position in personal care industry, proven experience in developing, executing campaigns & promotions to drive traffic and sales in Vietnamese online retail
- Bachelor&039;s degree in business or marketing
- Smart business acumen, strategic thinking, drive for innovations
- Strong negotiation, problem- solving, collaboration skills
- Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and meet deadlines; proven track record in achieving set objectives.
- A strong sense of responsibility and ownership of work
