About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and results- oriented E- commerce Manager to join our dynamic team and spearhead the sales of Gohub eSIM products through global e- commerce partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and brand awareness through leading online marketplaces and retailers.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Development & Management:
Negotiate and secure agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and product visibility.
Build strong relationships with partner account managers, fostering open communication and collaboration.
Identify and engage with relevant e- commerce platforms and retailers globally.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Monitor, analyze, and report on e- commerce channel performance, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions on partner platforms.
Develop and implement data- driven strategies to increase e- commerce sales of Gohub eSIM products through partner channels.
Marketing & Branding:
Monitor partner marketing activities and ensure alignment with Gohub&039;s brand guidelines.
Create engaging product descriptions and content to optimize conversions and customer experience.
Work with the marketing team to develop and implement cohesive branding and promotional campaigns across partner platforms.
Operations & Performance Management:
Manage inventory levels and product availability on partner platforms to avoid stockouts.
Maintain accurate product information and ensure timely updates on partner websites.
Proactively monitor and address customer inquiries and feedback received through partner channels.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, KPIs, and competitor analysis.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership team to inform strategic decision- making.
Analyze e- commerce channel data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
