E-Commerce Manager (Phu Quoc Based)

Manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure optimal performance and value
Lead and mentor a team of e- commerce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Ensure compliance with relevant e- commerce regulations and best practices in the Vietnamese market
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions
Develop and implement comprehensive e- commerce strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
Manage and optimise the company&039;s e- commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement
Stay abreast of emerging e- commerce technologies and trends, recommending and implementing new solutions as appropriate
Oversee inventory management, working closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfilment
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data- driven solutions

Strong English communication skills; Vietnamese and local market knowledge is a plus.
Proficient in data analytics, reporting, and e- commerce platform management (CMS).
Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media principles.
Highly proficient in MS Office and specialized e- commerce tools.
Minimum 5 years of e- commerce management experience with a proven growth track record.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Experienced in inventory management and supply chain logistics.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
Excellent problem- solving skills and high attention to detail.
