Partnership Management

Develop and maintain long- term relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual business growth
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities with new and existing partners
Work closely with internal marketing channels and other departments to follow up and deliver on partner commitments
Collaborate with partners to co- create strategies and initiatives that drive e- commerce performance

E- Commerce Strategy & Execution

Plan, implement, and optimize e- commerce strategies to increase sales and market share across online platforms (Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee, Tiki,..)
Coordinate with Marketing, Commercial, Sale & Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of e- commerce campaigns
Analyze e- commerce data, partner performance metrics, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for growth
Manage the day- to- day operations of e- commerce platforms, including product listings, promotions, and customer engagement
Monitor and analyze platform performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data- driven strategies

What we are looking for

Strong understanding of e- commerce platforms, online sales strategies, and digital marketing
2+ years of experience in e- commerce, partnership management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in e- commerce platforms, CRM tools,...
Analytical mindset and data- driven approach
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
