E-Commerce Operations Analyst

Job Description

Perform other duties as required by the direct manager.
Collecting and organizing information from various sources to build reports/dashboards…
Advise members on findings and the various courses they can take to address the problem
Develop, maintain, and manage reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and other business metrics.
Conduct data- driven studies/surveys to make recommendations on operational plans.
Use statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems: increase productivity, reduce workload, and optimize operational processes.. and so on.

Job Requirements

Mathematical skills to process complex calculations
Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets,.. (can use 1 of the Python/AppScript./SQL/…languages is plus)
Critical thinking to determine what data and information is useful for the task
At least 1- year experience in data analysis/business analyst position
