E-commerce Sales Specialist (Hardware - Q7)

*Location: Crescent Mall, District 7
*Salary range:$600- 800
Time working:Mon to Sat: 10.00 am to 06.00 pm
*Report to:- Board of Directors (foreigners)
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage e- commerce functions for brand Apple and the online store- Future World including:
·Good working knowledge of Magneto- basedonline store, hand’s on experience to manage the content posting, format the details.
·Manage e- commerce teams to smoothly execute daily activities on the e- commerce platforms: Online store, Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,…
·Develop monthly strategic sales plans for brands by working with various stakeholders, including e- commerce platforms, affiliate partners, and brand.
·Commercial planning: including assortment, sales planning, and promotion strategy (price/non- price related) for brand Apple.
·Merchandising: content marketing, onsite visibility, promotion marketing, and shopper engagement.
·Media: Onsite and off- site traffic plans for shop- in- shop on E- Commerce platforms.
·Manage the day to day online customers and execute the orders with team.
·Plan and execute monthly promotion campaigns to drive the sales target
·Manage the online store contents, Traffic, sales conversion, using various digital sales conversion technique,
·Operation: Manage the stock & report the weekly & monthly operations in detail
Manage and optimize E- commerce activities:
·Monthly voucher/ free shipping budget alignment.
·List new products, track KPIs & provide solutions.
·Work closely with KAMs of E- commerce platforms to ensure all visibilityare live as visibility calendar/ checklist.
·Define pricing strategy.
·Ensure the standard of e- commerce.

*Requirements:
·Education: Bachelor degree in Computer science engineering/ Information technology/ Business Management/ E- Commerceor relevant degree,
·Having good knowledge of Market place and minimum 2 years of working experience with Lazada, shopee platform is essential.
·At least 6 years working experience in various position in online store business management and minimum 3 years work experience specific to business management.
·Fluent English communication as well as excellent writing & reporting skills in English
·Deeply understanding of Vietnam&039;sdigital business landscape,
·Having good work experience order generation, fulfillment, billing and payment tracking system,
Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

*Benefits:

·Salary: Base salary: $600- 800 (up to capability)+ incentives
