This role is responsible for building and implementing operational plans, driving sales, and optimizing business performance on e- commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Tiktok...). Simultaneously managing the team and coordinating with departments to ensure e- commerce activities are effective, aligned with the brand&039;s direction and the company&039;s business strategy.
Manage content and handle customer feedback on e- commerce channels, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Work with operating partners to ensure product information is accurate, complete, compliant with platform regulations, and attractive to customers.
Manage all activities on e- commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc.): controlling product listings, updating images, pricing, promotions, vouchers, and sales policies.
Planning & Implementing Sales Promotion Campaigns
Clearly understand the brand&039;s product direction and business plan, acting as the focal point for communicating information to operating partners.
Monitor campaign effectiveness, measure metrics such as ROI, CVR, AOV, ROAS..., and continuously optimize investment plans to achieve the highest efficiency.
Coordinate in building detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plans for each e- commerce platform in charge.
Propose and supervise the implementation of promotional programs and offers to increase revenue and conversion rates.
Propose communication campaigns to enhance brand awareness, attract traffic, and increase the purchase rate.
Data Analysis & Market Research
Track business performance, analyze sales data on each platform to propose improvement solutions.
Coordinate with the Marketing/Brand team to effectively position the brand and leverage target customer insights.
Research consumer behavior, shopping trends, and competitor activities to propose appropriate competitive strategies.
Internal Coordination & Operational Optimization
Work closely with relevant departments such as Logistics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Brand... to ensure the operational chain (sales, delivery, payment...) runs efficiently.
Support in the production of communication content and participate in the deployment of multi- channel advertising campaigns.
Reporting & Operational Improvement
Proactively propose solutions to enhance e- commerce business and operational efficiency.
Perform periodic weekly/monthly reports, analyze operational effectiveness, and propose strategic improvements.
