Role and Responsibilities:

Onboard potential top celeb/KOLs to TTS and incubate them to be TOP TTS creators
Cooperate with campaign and marketing teams to initiate marketing activities to enhance creators and TTS&039; publicity
Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to drive sustainable platform growth and ensure efficient utilization of platform investments.
Organise operation actions for creators to build up big scale livestream and understanding of TikTok Shop policies both online and offline
Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to maintain creators‘ content supply and increase creators&039; earning potential on TikTok Shop
Growing and nurturing Tiktok Shop creators via both one- to- one management and communication

Minimum Qualifications

Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with effective communication skills.
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in KOL/KOC/Celebrities management
Possesses a proactive mindset, strong learning agility, and a positive working attitude.
Own Bachelor&039;s degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Good data analytical skills (excellent in using & executing planning on google sheet/excel), logical thinking, and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Having networking/resources of celebrities/KOL/KOC/MCN is preferred
Strong interest in data analysis, e- commerce, and influencer marketing (KOL & KOC).
Proven ability to plan and execute based on data driven decision making
