Ecommerce Full-Time Intern

Support and facilitate Brandsite team to manage Brandsite alongside other execution work.
Job Summary

Principal Accountabilities
Brandsite Management & Planning (50%):
- Monitor and execute order management and troubleshoot any error
- Support Brandsite KAM on product on- site and merchandising
- Work closely with CS team to resolve customer inquiry and claims
- Assist Brandsite KAM in data extracting, processing, and analyzing
- Monitor stock management with logistic team to avoid out of stock and slow moving
- Support Brandsite KAM on generating creative and trending topics to apply for sales strategy
Brandsite System Monitoring (40%):
- Manage developer agency to make sure on- time and correct deployment of system improvements
- Work closely with developers to monitor Brandsite&039;s performance in terms of Speed, UI and UX
Admin task (10%):
- Support and prepared documents under team&039;s guidance

Qualification and experience:
- Computing / software: MS Office, Photoshop (preferable), Adobe Illustrator (preferable).
- Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in E- Commerce, Marketing, Commerce, or any Business- related field
- English: Business level.
Personal skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well in a team as well as individually
- Ability to deal with both creative issue and work with numbers
