Founded in 2004 with headquarters located in Singapore, Norbreeze Group was founded and operated by the Danish duo Mr. Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg and Mrs. Anne Trads Juel Sauerberg. Carrying a strong passion for Nordic designs, the duo formed a group to build, distribute and expand international brands under a timeless design philosophy.
Currently, the Group is operating in 3 business areas:
- PANDORA (Jewelry brand is exclusively distributed in Indochina market)
- COCOMI (E- commerce site owned by the Group, distributing watches and jewelry brands)
- AUGUST BERG (Watch brand owned by the Group)
Norbreeze Collective Asia- NCA (A member of Norbreeze Group) was established in 2016. Currently, it is the exclusive distributor of Pandora Jewelry brand in Indochina market. Pandora in the Vietnamese market is currently operating with a chain of 16 stores in two major cities, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi Capital with the e- commerce site pandora.norbreeze.vn.
Objective of role:
Drives the growth of the E- Commerce business by enhancing customer experience, managing customer order fulfilment, technology and infrastructural plans. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies for Ecommerce.
Responsible for generating data- driven commercial insights and managing relationships with internal/ external partners for the business.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
Strategy:
Manage P&L by monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.
Collect and analyze the market trend, customer’s insights, competitor and propose the action plan to ensure the Ecommerce goals achievement & online business growth.
Develop overall mid/ long term strategy & plan to align with company business.
Implement strategy
Manage, supervise and work with internal/ external partners in the plan and execution to implement Ecommerce strategy.
Review & evaluate the performance to propose action plan for improving the performance.
Analysis & operation management:
Analyze traffic and user behaviors as well as user experience metrics- optimizing site operation, identify opportunities to achieve sale- growth.
Analyze and manage web data
Analyze OKR & KPIs and metrics to identify trends, generate sales growth and maximize conversion.
Build up process and ensure the operational efficiency of the ecommerce business.
Manage sales, promotions, marketing on site
Develop people:
Review and evaluate the employee’s performance.
Recruit, training and build up the development plan for team members.
Manage and lead employees to accomplish the set plan and performance dimension.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Ecommerce/Digital marketing or related major
Experience:
At least 5+ years of experience working in Ecommerce management level, preferably in retail field.
Experience in an eCommerce role delivering growth
Strong analytical and technical skills for tracking set- up, evaluating, reporting and actioning insights.
Skills:
Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
Efficiency in English & Advance computer skills in Ms- Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis
Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display, and affiliate channels.
Demonstrate experience in supervising and leading a team, Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendors, Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision- making, Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills.
