YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experienced Instrument Designer with experience in industrial Instrumentation, particularly in the petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Detail design specifically:
Preparing Instrument Schedule and I/O lists
Preparing Instrument Power and Air consumer lists
Creation of E&I installation block diagrams
Reading and understand P&IDs
understanding all types of Field Instruments and Control Valve datasheets
Detailed design and drawing works with preparing of all related documents (Control panel layouts, terminal strips, PLC wiring diagrams, Bill of material, cable schedule, ...) for:
Electrical low voltage panels
Instrumentation and automation control panels
Design and drawing of automation PLC network architecture; Profibus and Profinet
Knowledge of design cf. Safety Integrity Levels (SIL)
Design of instrument and instrument air hook- ups with bill of material.
PLC/DCS and marshalling hardware panel design with terminal strips and complete material lists
Preparing and composing of complete project files with all lists and drawings
3D design for cable trays and panel locations
Execution of As Built works with modification of all related documents
Specification of Field Instrument and Control Panel and preparing bill of material (junction Boxes, Cable Glands, Tubing, terminals, ...)
Knowledge of design cf. Performance Level (PL) for emergency stops
ATEX Exi calculations
Hardware instrument loop design
Design and drawing of field instrument layouts (cable trays, earthing, Control rooms footprints, ...)
You have knowledge of relevant legislation (AREI, ATEX, SIL, PED, etc).
You enjoy working in a team on projects in various industrial sectors
Good knowledge of English is a necessity.
Software:
Good knowledge of AutoCAD is necessary
Design software knowledge:
- SPI
- E- plan and Elecdes.
- Navis work
