Work with: A team (5 members in the first year, expanding to 40- 50 members by 2027)

FUJIFILM Business Innovation is going to establish a new Software Development Center in Vietnam, as a department of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Vietnam.

Objective: Development of embedded software related to printer multifunction devices.
MFPs or the related software are embedded in many products, requiring a great deal of know- how and technology. Since many of our projects are large- scale, you can improve your skills and realize great results upon completion of the project.
Job Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of a Software Engineer include requirement analysis, system design, detailed design (creating design documents), coding in programming languages, debugging the created code, reverse engineering and evaluation.

Job Description:

The ultimate role of a Software Engineer is to build high- quality, correctly functioning software in compliance with coding standards
You will be developing embedded controller software that operates on the controller board of printer multifunction devices.
Debugging and evaluation will be conducted using either actual devices or simulators.

Job Requirements

Framework Experience: Experience with JavaScript/CSS frameworks is desirable.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Software Engineer is required.
Having the motivation to work for a long period (10 years or more), as a founding member of the company.
Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
Language Proficiency: Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher is preferred, and English fluently- spoken, listening, and written.
Development Skills: Ability to develop software using JavaScript, C++, or other programming languages.

Education/Academic Qualifications

Relevant technology certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
