Principal duties:

HR Admin Management
Employee relation
On- boarding, Off- boarding process
Event organization

Essential functions:
On- boarding and Off- boarding

Support the on- boarding process including Preparation for new comers, ... is conducted accordingly.

Event organization

Support internal events: to company trip, year- end party, happy hour program, sports tournaments, monthly sports activities, and team building activities
Conduct monthly/quarterly employee awarding ceremony

Employee relation

In charge of giving benefit of Birthday, sickness, ...
Support & Do employee survey
Conduct regular employees’ opinion

HR Admin

Ensure the relevant admin tasks are performed accordingly.
Other tasks are assigned by direct supervisor and/or CPO

Education:College/University graduated or equivalent
Technical skills and experience:Office tools1- 2 years of work experience in Human Resources, or company event organization or employee relation
