Employer Branding Executive

Create communication materials including documents, content and images, for posting in internal communication channels on behalf of the HR Dept;
Responsible for building the employer branding plan and organizing external activities to attract talents and promote company culture;
Identify and build on potential partnership opportunities to enhance our employer brand and relationships with external partners to establish a talent network and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates;
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement internal events/activities to attract high engagement of employees and promote company culture;
Work with relevant teams to execute and optimize employer branding engagement campaigns;
Other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Build/Manage channels of Employer Brand/Sourcing such as: Recruitment Websites, Facebook Career Pages, LinkedIn Career, External Job Sites, etc;
Coordinate and Implement University/College/School Recruiting Initiatives, Job Fairs, workshops, Events, etc;
Administrate internal communication channels (Internal App, Linkedin, Communities, group, email, and other related channels);

At least 1 year of experience in Internal Communication/ Employer Branding or relevant experience;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ PR or Human Resource or other related major;
Excellent organizing and time management skills;
Experience in editing video is an added advantage;
Keep up with social media trends and passion in writing content and storry- telling;
Communicate level of English.
Creativity, positive mindset, dare to think dare to do, dynamic;
Have a laptop;
Be able to create content and use graphic design tools;
Able to connect, encourage employees and be proactive in operation;
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency use of Microsoft Office, Mail or relevance softwares;
