We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and eager- to- learn Employer Branding Intern (Part- time) to join our Hanoi team. You’ll play a key role in building our branding channels from scratch, sharing exciting stories about our people, culture, work environment, and the amazing projects we’re working on.

The Core Job
Plan, write, and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Create engaging content for the ZTO Labs website, including blogs, SEO- optimized articles, and e- magazines.
Contribute to branding strategy through feedback, storytelling, and idea generation.
Assist with internal activities and event organization.
You Must Have
Interest in learning to create engaging content for social media channels and write long- form content, SEO- optimized content for blogs.
Good command of English.
Strong writing and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Able to commit to 20 hours/week, on- site, for at least 6 months.
Familiar with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.
Proactive self- starter with a “get- it- done” attitude.
3rd or final- year student in Marketing, Journalism, PR, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
