- New technology, new product verification and development
- Make plans, follow up, and report the progress of the project timely to the leader
- Give out new ideas for new technology or new products
- Process condition optimization and improvement
- Person in charge of the technical process
- Read and research documents on new technology from the internet or university (in English)
- Co- operate with another section to verify new technology, new product
**** Benefits
+ When entering to the company, the employees shall be signed the two- month probation contract with the company. If the employees pass the probation time, the employees shall be signed the first 12- month definite labor contract with the company.
