ENGINEERING DEPUTY MANAGER (KCN LONG BÌNH)

- Create the AutoCAD drawing of the machine, part of the machine, and machine layout.
- Train and supervise the sub- contractors to make sure that they had well understand and follow the requirements of the Food Safety Management System of the company.
- Training for technicians about safety, food safety, GMB, and machine principle to ensure that they can understand and do the job properly.
- Supervise to perform and supervise the 5s at the workshop.
- Manage the energy usage of the plant and provide the solution for improvement.
- Arrange daily work for maintenance technicians.
- Establish the procedure, and instruction guidelines relating to ISO 22000, BRC, HACCP, and AIB standards
- Supervise to perform corrective, preventive, and autonomous maintenance for the plant.
- Supervise and support technicians in solving the issue of the machine in the shift.
- Create the root cause analysis for the machine issue based on the issue and provide the CAPA accordingly.

- Language proficiency (if needed): English communicates well and technical specialization
- Degree and major: University- Technical specialization or equivalent.
