RESPONSIBILITIES
Additionally, you will build relationships with leaders of each business and promote overall optimization by managing multiple Raksul Group locations, including overseas offices.
As an Engineering Director, your primary mission is to structure the post- M&A framework and strengthen projects with critical business challenges from both technical and organizational perspectives. Leveraging various experiences in product and organizational development, the role includes providing technical guidance, recruitment, role and authority design, and budget planning to generate significant business impact through high- quality development output.
Enhance transparency and operational efficiency by prioritizing thorough documentation to minimize dependency on individual contributors.
Establish and track quantitative objectives using OKR/MBO frameworks.
Provide technical or management guidance to Engineering Managers and Team Leads across multiple organizations.
Lead or advise project leaders in creating and executing development plans, including resource allocation, responsibility delineation, and budget management, for multi- organizational teams ranging in size from a few to dozens of members, over timelines of six months to a year.
Develop and implement a system that fosters equal ownership and collaboration in development among Raksul Group employees, including those at international locations.
