Engineering Development
Implement training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the engineering team.
Provide coaching and mentorship to help team members grow and advance in their careers.
Define a vision and career roadmap for technical engineering aligned with business objectives.
Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent to build high- performing teams.
Strategic Execution
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to enable seamless execution of engineering projects.
Develop and implement engineering strategies to drive product innovation and ensure successful project delivery.
Align engineering efforts with the company’s overarching strategic goals.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with internal stakeholders, including product managers and business leaders, to align engineering initiatives with their requirements.

Job Requirements:
Must- Have Qualifications
4+ years in people management and stakeholder management roles.
Risk Management: Creates and implements effective strategies to identify, mitigate, and manage high- risk initiatives, minimizing project risks.
Proven experience leading engineering teams of 20+ members (directly or indirectly).
Networking and Relationship Building: Strategically builds networks and develops strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and drive success.
Educational Background: Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
Strategic Thinking: Exhibits strong strategic planning skills, aligning engineering efforts with the organization’s overarching goals.
Adaptability: Ability to navigate large, complex, and frequent changes, ensuring the engineering team effectively meets evolving market demands.
10+ years managing web projects or product development.
Language Proficiency: Strong command of English.
Inclusive Leadership: Promotes diversity and inclusion, fostering a culture that values different perspectives.
Nice- to- Have Qualifications
Experience managing or developing B2B applications.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Japanese (N1/N2) is a significant advantage.
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, or PMI- ACP.
Held leadership roles such as Department Manager, VP of Engineering, Head of Delivery, or CTO in an IT firm.
