Engineering Manager

EHS (Environment, Health, Safety):

​Accountable for safe Engineering activities, Training, improving safety systems and procedures to employees and contractors, such as LOTO, permits to work, contractor control, machine safety, Combustion standard (the 23rd standard), safety audits, etc
CO2 reduction & sustainability follow the group strategy and requirements.

WCM (World Class Manufacturing):

Gradually improves the professional maintenance status of all equipment on a prioritized basis using WCM tools.
To develop and implement efficient systems, tools, and processes to streamline maintenance and project engineering activities.
Leading WCM activities: PM Step 0, Reliability pillar, PM project, eTools ( eTag, eEWO, eCheck, etc.) 5S, Workplace layout, Energy, CMMS, and CBM

Engineering:

Understands cost and downtime trends and identifies projects to take corrective action.
Ensures the sustainability of completed improvements by the Engineering team.
Develop multi- year plans to improve reliability to world class levels.
Manage Capex projects & improvement projects
Plan, utilize and manage contractors.
Works with maintenance lead personnel and the maintenance planner to ensure correct prioritization and timely completion of all work orders and sets out work on a weekly or day to day basis.
Co- ordinate Engineering activities with other departments to minimize plant downtime and maximize safety.
Oversees timely completion of breakdown root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation (eEWO).
Works with planners and spare part supervisor to ensure spares holding is optimized and coherent with the Professional Maintenance equipment requirements
Leads the Engineering Team in developing self- planning and execution process of daily, weekly and monthly PM’s and work orders, ensuring proper prioritization, human resource and physical asset utilization.

5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment, including 2 years of direct supervision experience. Especially in heavy industry. Manages multi department is refer.
Above- average communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to lead by example; as well as coach, train, and develop individual contributors.
Bachelor of Technical Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial engineering
Strategic thinking & planning
Strong people development, successor planning, teaming, and collaborative decision- making skills are required.
Must be flexible to adapt to changing and varying work requirements
Good for communication- collaboration & delegation
Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
High leadership and ownership
