Maintain merchandise bin labels identifying lack item’s code, number, name, and issue until minimum and maximum stock levels
Duy trì nhãn thùng hàng hóa xác định thiếu mặt hàng Mã, số, tên và phát hành cho đến khi mức tối thiểu và tối đa
Record consecutive numbers on all store room requisition before giving the copy of the requisition to person accepting the goods, logs each requisition in the store room logbook and forward completed requisition to inventory clerk.

Interacts and cooperates with all sub section in the store room, merchandise receiver, merchandise deliverer and with receiving clerk.

Make oneself available during physical inventories taken by Finance Department.

Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire life Safety

Ensure sufficient stock of operating for daily operation

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
