Equipment Engineer Colgate Palmolive ( Vietnam ) LTD

The Equipment Engineer will be an effective and valuable member of the Focus Factory management team, to ensure delivery of subsidiary business results in their area. Person in charge works within a structure that requires considerable work with Focus Factory production and Planning. In addition, the position guides and empowers teams in the implementation of Factory strategy.
Core Responsibilities (these may vary depending upon size or location of site; additional responsibilities may be added as vital):
- Trains line personnel and maintenance technicians in operational and mechanical diagnosis, routine repairs and safety systems.
- Supervises and provides technical support for product line changes- Using Quick Changeover technique.
- Coordinate with other related areas to improve the QS040 and QS043 as Quality Standard requirements.
- Establishes preventive maintenance programs & schedules and ensures their implementation in the most economical and expedient manner, in coordination with the production engineers (Using CMMS).
- Lead Quality/FP&R/EHS standard: refer to R & R matrix detail for each standard.
- Liaise closely with the company EHS coordinator, FP&R coordinator, and GMP program to implement all as required.
- Use the SFR, CMMS, SAP and FP&R tools for implementing job optimally.

What we require:
- Has 1 – 3 years demonstrated ability in Project Management/ Engineering/ Production
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Technical field (Engineering, etc.)

13th- month salary at Year End and annual KPI Bonus & Premium Health Care Insurance

Company Van from HCM to Binh Duong at many pick- up points

Working Hours (8:00- 16:00 from Monday to Friday) and Lunch time from 12:00- 13:00
