ERP Business Analyst - Presales Consultant

Location: Phu Nhuan, Ho Chi Minh City
Working hours: 9am – 6pm, Mon- Fri (Onsite).

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. In this unique role, you will be actively partaking in multiple phases of the technology consulting and service delivery process.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and prepare proposals for prospective clients.
Upon request, provide post- implementation customer support, resolving issues and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions during the pre- sales process.
Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to the development of internal methodologies.
Upon request, serve as the proxy point of contact for project- related inquiries, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.

Yêu cầu công việcQualifications

1- 3 years of experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Odoo, etc.)
Excellent Vietnamese & English communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
Experience with business process modelling and documentation tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Customer- oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high- quality solutions.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Industry- focus knowledge of Manufacturing, Human Resources, Inventory Management, or Finance is highly preferred.
