Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution:
• Develop event concepts and detailed implementation plans aligned with client objectives.
• Manage all logistics including venue booking, permits, materials, staffing, and suppliers.
• Ensure all events are delivered on time, with high quality, and within budget.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the main point of contact with clients throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (creative, operations, BD, etc.) for seamless execution.
• Prepare proposals, present event ideas, and deliver post- event reports.
Team & Vendor Coordination:
• Recruit, train, and manage event staff, vendors, and freelance support.
• Supervise onsite operations to ensure safety, professionalism, and success.
Budgeting & Reporting:
• Monitor progress, evaluate performance, and deliver post- event insights.
• Analyze ROI and provide recommendations for future improvement.
• Build and manage event budgets; ensure cost efficiency and transparency.
Creativity & Innovation:
• Stay up- to- date with experiential marketing trends and propose creative approaches.

Key Requirements
• Strong alignment with CREASIA’s core values: Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, Innovation.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or brand activation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and real- time problem- solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
