Event Manager

We are looking for Event Manager who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution skills — someone who can take full ownership of projects and deliver impactful, well- organized, and on- brand experiences. You will lead the end- to- end planning and execution of key events, especially automotive- related activations, outdoor festivals, and large- scale product launches.
This role suits a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast- paced environment and understands how to create memorable brand moments. You’ll work with a wide network of agencies, vendors, and internal teams to make each event a standout success.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clear event calendar and lead time management across multiple projects.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Content, Product, CS & other) to align event objectives with broader Vietmap brand strategy.
Negotiate effectively to optimize cost while maintaining premium execution standards.
Build and manage relationships with suppliers, agencies, and venue partners, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Lead the development and execution of all Vietmap B2C and B2B events, with a focus on lifestyle, automotive, and festival- style activations.
Ensure each event reflects the brand’s identity and resonates with our core customer base.
Oversee production logistics, event flow, staffing, and contingency planning.
Take charge of the entire project cycle: planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordination, on- site supervision, and post- event review.

Minimum 3–5 years of event/project management experience, preferably with experience in large- scale events, festivals, or automotive activations.
Background at an event/activation/creative agency is a strong advantage.
Knowledge and genuine interest in the automotive or consumer tech industry.
Proficiency in English.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent communication and problem- solving skills, especially under pressure.
Proven experience in vendor/supplier negotiation, budget control, and production oversight.
