KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Planning & Execution:
Ensure all events are delivered on time, with high quality, and within budget.
Manage all logistics including venue booking, permits, materials, staffing, and suppliers.
Develop event concepts and detailed implementation plans aligned with client objectives.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Act as the main point of contact with clients throughout the event lifecycle.
Prepare proposals, present event ideas, and deliver post- event reports.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (creative, operations, BD, etc.) for seamless execution.
Team & Vendor Coordination:
Recruit, train, and manage event staff, vendors, and freelance support.
Supervise onsite operations to ensure safety, professionalism, and success.
Budgeting & Reporting:
Monitor progress, evaluate performance, and deliver post- event insights.
Analyze ROI and provide recommendations for future improvement.
Build and manage event budgets; ensure cost efficiency and transparency.
Creativity & Innovation:
Stay up- to- date with experiential marketing trends and propose creative approaches.
Ensure events reflect CREASIA’s commitment to Integrity, Excellence, and Innovation.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication, negotiation, and real- time problem- solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or brand activation.
