RESPONSIBILITIES
Project & Client Management
• Maintain regular communication with clients, provide progress updates, and handle any arising requests.
• Oversee and coordinate the entire implementation process, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Develop overall project plans, including timeline, budget, personnel, and resources.
• Receive briefs from clients, analyze requirements, and develop suitable proposals.
Internal & External Coordination
• Collaborate with departments such as Art Design, Show & Visual, and Production & Technical for effective project execution.
• Work with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service/product quality.
• Manage risks and provide timely solutions during project execution.
Financial & Project Performance Management
• Manage project budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability.
• Track the efficiency of each project, draw lessons, and suggest improvements for future projects.
Leadership & Team Development
• Foster teamwork, motivation, and a positive working environment.
• Guide, train, and support junior staff (Executive, Senior Executive, Supervisor).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem- solving abilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the event industry, preferably in an Event Agency.
• Experience in managing large- scale event projects, working directly with clients, and coordinating multiple departments.
• Ability to work under high pressure and handle situations quickly.
• Proficiency in English.
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
• Salary: Negotiable, from 22M VND and above.
• Year- end bonus: 13th- month salary + project bonus + KPI bonus (total from 3 months’ salary and up).
• Allowances: Laptop support, weekend work allowance, parking subsidy.
• Holiday bonus: 1–3 million VND for national holidays.
• Engagement: Quarterly Lucky Draw & birthday celebrations; company trip & team building (2 times/year).
