About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high- level support to one of our founder — a proactive professional who can stay calm under pressure, manage multiple moving parts, and ensure the founder’s time, focus, and priorities are well protected and optimized.
This is more than an administrative position — we’re looking for someone sharp, resourceful, emotionally intelligent, and highly dependable. In this role, you will handle both professional and personal coordination, while also managing social media scheduling, personal branding initiatives, and basic PR projects.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the founder’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and all related logistics.
Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and private functions.
Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting notes, logistics arrangements, and related payments.
Handle personal errands and urgent tasks with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Monitor inboxes and messages, responding or following up as needed to ensure timely action.
Project Coordination
Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and outputs, providing regular progress reports to the founder.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard.
Act as a point of contact between the founder and project teams, ensuring smooth communication.
Talent & Personal Branding Management
Support the founder in building and maintaining a strong personal brand.
Assist in identifying and creating opportunities to enhance the founder’s professional visibility.
Manage and schedule content for social media platforms.
PR & Media Coordination
Support in drafting or reviewing public communication materials.
Liaise with media partners, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
Coordinate PR- related projects, including events, campaigns, and media outreach.
