Main Responsibilities:
- Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for the executive.
- When a project/team requires additional leadership, step in and manage both the project and the team. Maintain the previous manager as the project architect while ensuring the team delivers on the established roadmap.
- Manage incoming emails and requests, prioritizing these to ensure clear and timely communication with the executive team.
- Manage the executive&039;s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Develop and implement processes for company growth, including establishing OKRs and conducting quarterly business reviews.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and initiatives.
- Effectively lead and manage meetings, and train other managers to do the same, fostering efficient and productive team communication.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent English (must- have). A third- language will be a big plus
- Great human skills and emotional intelligence
- General business experience, especially in client- facing roles with international organizations, will be a strong plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport and navigate cross- cultural interactions
- This is a mid/senior position, but we are open for exceptional freshies/interns
- Background in international business development or key account management is highly preferred
