Executive Coordinator

Project Strategy, Coordination & Operations:

Act as the main coordinator for internal project management, ensuring smooth workflows for e- commerce and marketing projects.
Manage resources effectively, aligning project demands and materials to resolve operational issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Understand clear client briefs and collaborate with key account and execution teams (e- commerce, creative, media) to ensure optimal project execution.

Market Research:

Stay informed on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Gather campaign data to track trends, measure performance, and optimize future strategies.

E- Commerce Livestream Execution:

Collaborate with influencers, hosts, and the e- commerce team to deliver engaging live commerce experiences.
Lead the execution of e- commerce livestreams, including product demonstrations and promotional events.

Social Media & Content Strategy:

Maintain a cohesive social media strategy by working closely with content and creative teams.
Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals.

1+ year of project management experience. Experienced working in an ad agency is a plus.
Creativity in leveraging emerging platforms and trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proficient in data analysis and project management tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
English- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and adapt quickly.
Knowledge of influencer marketing, e- commerce, and social media trends.
