Job Summary
Provide timely and effective administrative support to the sales and marketing team
General Responsibilities
Sales support:
Follow up Customer Loyalty contracts, update sales reports and loyalty payment to customers.
Sales quotation, sales contracts, sales orders, sales kits, gimmicks/ give aways/samples, product materials for sales, price lists, admin support for business traveling & Group sales meetings, follow up stock transfer to regional warehouses to ensure enough stock for sales.
Follow up with sales team and support for implementation of SFE: customer data, do segmentation & targeting, call plan, report tracking.
Marketing support:
Do purchasing request & follow up contract sign- off with procurement team.
Follow up the execution of trade marketing/ merchandising programs to retailing customers/ pharmacies & chains, report and payment update on systems.
Coordinate with & support sales & marketing team for implementation of marketing & sales promotional activities including preparation, implementation follow up, and reports, attending events and activation programs when needed.
Admin support:
Work closely with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues affecting sales & marketing administration
Follow up A&P expense to be spent vs. budget, accrue and monitor expenses report.
Doing payment vouchers to settle expenses & managing day- to- day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
Other Administration works stationery, office admin and other admin assigned tasks.
Update contents/changes to company regulations, policies and procedures on a periodic basis
Functional Skills And Knowledge
Up to two years&039; experience in a similar role
Good communication, high service mind
Proven knowledge and experience in sales/admin support.
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools especially Excel,
Demonstrate strong administrative, organization skills
Good in using powerpoint & communication in English is an advantage
Education
Diploma in business administration, or equivalent
