JOB PURPOSE
The job holder takes part in organizing and implementing operational risk management for RBG to achieve effectiveness in accordance with TCB&039;s orientation and strategy, minimize operational risks for the bank in retail banking activities and provide an open, transparent and efficient business environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure effective risk management of RBG&039;s operations as ORME1- operational risk management focus point through:
Take part in developing and implementing tools to measure and assess operational risk across functional units under RBG
Take part in developing and implementing tools to identify operational risks at functional units under RBG
Support Ops risk direcotor to conduct regular report on RBG risk profile in accordance with the bank&039;s operational risk management regulations to ensure timely updates to the RBG&039;s BOD of operational risk status, results of handling risk issues/findings recognized by audits/independent monitoring units and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of operational risk management for the Division
Take part in developing and implementing solutions to mitigate operational risks in order of priority for functional units under RBG
Organize the implementation of risk management at RBG through:
Support manager to develop and implement activities to improve operational risk management capacity for RBG&039;s professional team
Update knowledge on national and international best practices and lessons learned by other banks on issues related to operational risk and control
Take part in organizing the supervision of the implementation of operational risk management at functional units under RBG
Support units to identify, assess and measure risks for products/services throughout the customer journey from design, solution development to operation and product/services efficiency evaluation
Support manager to organize forums/sharing/workshops for RBG&039;s units to exchange and update risk status, remedial plans as well as mitigation recommendations (if necessary)
Support RBG&039;s operational risk management team in getting sufficient professional capacity to perform operational risk management
Take part in establishing indicators to evaluate departmental performance.
Perform other related tasks at the request of the management.

Experience:
- Have at least 5 years of related experience
Expertise
- Understanding the TCB system
- Understanding the rules and operating procedures in the unit
- Understanding TCB&039;s products and services
Degree:
- English: TOEIC 600 or equivalent
- Bachelor degree or higher
