Export CUS/ DOC Staff

- Creating booking in system, Updating & Sending Booking Acknowledge to customer
within timeframe
- Receiving booking information as well as ensuring the equipment arrangements for
Operation Dept, timely follow- up
- Receiving shipping instruction from customer via COSCO system; Customer declaration
(AMS/ENS/E- manifest); Checking & amending B/L as customer request regarding cargo
weight, commodity, certificate; Freight Calculation; Issue Proforma BL
- Create/Verify/Update Customer Profile in the system
- Handling of customer enquiries and requests professionally to maximize customers’
- Booking & vessel clean- up within timeframe
satisfaction. Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, services recovery, and special
service requirements
- Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or
suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency
- On duty list after working hour to check export list with ports
- Other Task required by manager
- Carry out / translate related Chinese reports

REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduated in relevant field
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Good organizational and multi- tasking abilities
- Hardworking, proactive and teamwork spirit
- At least 1- 2 years’ experience in shipping lines, handling booking container, cargo, vessel
- Good interpersonal & communication skills

Working hours from Monday – Friday- working time: 08:00AM to 05:00PM
