Export CUS - DOC Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Booking & vessel clean- up within timeframe
- Receiving booking information as well as ensuring the equipment arrangements for Operation Dept, timely follow- up
- Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency
- Handling of customer enquiries and requests professionally to maximize customers’ satisfaction. Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, services recovery, and special service requirements
- Creating booking in system, Updating & Sending Booking Acknowledge to customer within timeframe
- On duty list after working hour to check export list with ports
- Receiving shipping instruction from customer via COSCO system; Customer declaration (AMS/ENS/E- manifest); Checking & amending B/L as customer request regarding cargo weight, commodity, certificate; Freight Calculation; Issue Proforma BL
- Carry out / translate related Chinese reports
- Create/Verify/Update Customer Profile in the system
- Other Task required by manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• University graduated in relevant field
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Hardworking, proactive and teamwork spirit
• Good organizational and multi- tasking abilities
• At least 1- 2 years’ experience in shipping lines, handling booking container, cargo, vessel

Working hours from Monday – Friday- working time: 08:00AM to 05:00PM
